Exam Questions

How do I take the exam?

It can be found under the "Exam" page on the menu, or you can click here.


How do I sign in?

You do not need to sign in in order to take exams or watch videos, simply type in the password given to you on the desired page you would like to view.


How long does it take to watch the training videos?

Training videos typically take 30 to 45 minutes.


Can I watch the videos in a group? How long does it take to watch the training videos?

Yes. Videos can be watched as a group. However, exams must be taken individually.


Are the training videos and exam in Spanish?

Yes, to view the videos and exam in Spanish change the website language by clicking the English dropdown button from the menu and selecting Spanish.


How many times can I take the practice exam?

You take the practice exam as many times as you want.


How many questions is the exam?

The exam is 25 questions and typically takes 10 minutes to complete. The exam must be taken individually.


How do I pay for my training certificate & exam?

You can pay for your training certificate on the Exams page after passing the exam. You must pass the exam to receive your certificate.


I have paid for my training certificate and passed the exam. How long until I receive it?

A copy of the certificate will be emailed to you shortly. Original certificates are mailed out the next business day. Shipping from USPS typically takes between 3-5 business days.

How much does the package cost? What is included?

The package includes the Certificate of Compliance for the facility, my license, an alternate menu, the pureed menu, 4 week cycle menus in Spanish and English, a disaster menu and a disaster supply list. To receive a quote for pricing please call (954) 328-4506.

After leaving a voicemail with your name and number, we will get back to you as soon as possible.


How long until I receive my menus?

Menus are mailed out the next business day. Shipping from USPS typically takes between 3-5 business days.


How do I pay for my menus?

Menus can be paid by mail through check, Zelle, and Venmo. Credit cards, Cash App, and Paypal are also accepted but will be charged an additional convenience fee.
